Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BonjourMalaisie website and all of its services: travel guides, activity recommendations, bookings for transfers, tours and activities, member accounts, newsletter. By accessing the Site or using our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
1. Purpose and Definitions
- • "Site": the BonjourMalaisie website and its subdomains.
- • "We / Our": the publisher of the Site, BonjourMalaisie.
- • "You / Your": any user of the Site, whether a simple visitor or a member.
- • "Services": all features offered by the Site (guides, bookings, member account, etc.).
2. Access to the Site
- • Access to the Site is free. Some services (booking, member account) require creating an account.
- • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
- • You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not to share your account with third parties.
- • We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms or fraudulent use.
3. Booking Services
- • The Site allows booking: private transfers (airport, intercity), tours and excursions, activities and tickets, vehicle rentals.
- • Process: the booking is confirmed after validation of your request (form) and, where applicable, payment of the deposit or agreed amount. A confirmation is sent to you by email or WhatsApp.
- • Pricing: prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or euros depending on the page, unless otherwise stated. They include applicable taxes unless indicated.
- • Payment: made according to the terms specified at the time of booking (deposit, balance).
4. Cancellation and Refund
- • Cancellation conditions are specified at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated:
- • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
- • 50% of the amount due between 7 days and 72 hours before the scheduled date.
- • 100% of the amount due less than 72 hours before the scheduled date or in case of no-show.
5. Liability
- • We act as an intermediary for certain services (activities, tickets provided by third parties).
- • Our liability cannot be engaged for breaches by third-party providers, to the extent permitted by law.
- • We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information (schedules, prices, availability, descriptions), but this information is provided for indicative purposes.
6. Site Content and Intellectual Property
- • All content of the Site (texts, images, photos, logos, trademarks, graphics, structure) is protected by intellectual property law.
- • Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Member Account
- • The member account allows you to: manage your profile information (name, photo, phone, WhatsApp preferences), view your booking history, benefit from personalised features.
- • You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Account deletion results in the deletion of associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
8. Google Sign-In
- • The Site offers sign-in with your Google account. By using this feature, you authorise Google to transmit your email address and public name to us, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and ours.
- • You can revoke this authorisation at any time from your Google account settings.
9. Newsletter
- • If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive periodic communications (travel tips, offers).
- • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.
10. Personal Data and Third-Party Links
- • The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on this page.
- • The Site may contain links to third-party websites (partners, providers, booking platforms). We have no control over these sites and disclaim any liability for their content and practices.
11. Force Majeure and Governing Law
- • Our liability cannot be engaged in case of failure to perform our obligations due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, strike, network interruption, government decision, etc.).
- • These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, the mandatory rules of jurisdiction of their country of residence remain applicable.
